What does the leadership team need to get better at?

need to empower the HR team. HR team should not be a rubber stamp. Secondly before taking any employee there must be a career progression road map for him. Its totally missing in diageo. If you learn new Skill then also you do not get any avenue to use it

Need to be more empathetic and supportive

Because of having the sense to embed on generic negotiations which has been a continues practice but there is room for improvement and great enhancement.

Too low salary with huge responsibility, huge salary gap with same manager level in the different divisiin

company does not have any bench marking

You are pressured to not record overtime hours but expected to work many extra hours without pay

Top heavy management structure who have little oversight. Only answering to bottom line so cutting the benefits, pensions and other T&C's of everyone below them to meet their own KPI's. Very little respect for people at the bottom.
