What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best team and good comunication
I liked some of them more than others; mainly because there were at least some willing participants to actually listen to staff instead of treating us like we're stupid and don't know any better at something we've mastered and optimized by doing everyday.

Consider paying your employees more than what a bowl of food costs there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good synergy with team staff as long as higher up management stands aside. Simply because they are usually clueless to the issues of each individual store and provide unhelpful guidance.
