Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay people what they’re wor

They only care about how much money you can make the company. The health insurance is crap

Review from Operations Dept

At DISH, feeling undervalued could stem from inadequate pay, lack of recognition, or poor communication. Better compensation could involve a competitive salary, benefits, and clear growth opportunities. Regular feedback and acknowledgment of contributions can also boost morale.

There is a huge gap between expectations and compensation. The model centers around paying people in the lower quartile or the very bottom.

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation is below market. They do not provide bonuses or equity to employees. Benefits are minimal.

Way more pay for the work we do

Review from Operations Dept

Stop forcing sales on technicians and just be glad we donour hob everyday we are the forst to start day and last to leave everyday

Review from Operations Dept

More hours not under 33 hrs is a part time

Review from Operations Dept

I am over educated, severely underpaid and underutilized.

Review from Operations Dept

With the lack of clarity of roles, it is difficult to really say why. I can say that being innovative and curious, causes more issues. Role clarity would go a long way to better explain why I feel as I do

Review from Engineering Dept

Real overtime pay for starters

Review from Sales Dept

They don't care it's about #s and being a fake yes person all the time, be a mindless robot.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Pay Workers for What they Value,We are Techs not sales ppl And Give Everyone a fair chance thats doesn't go on in your company Managers are Basically Holding Techs back from promotion and Hours,One Manager Told the team if its wasn't for them we wouldn't have any work We been complaining about him

Review from Operations Dept

You are easily replaceable according to management and there is no inflation adjustment on an annual basis.

Least payment within the industry. No real compensations given

They are intentionally paying us less than market value. Paying less than jobs that are remote and not even giving a hybrid work from home option.

Review from IT Dept

Benefits are not on par with other fortune 500 companies. Health insurance is way too expensive.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salaries are easily 30% below market, and benefits are the absolute bottom of the barrel.

I have been here a decade and a half and am still undervalued and micromanaged.

Raises are anemic and there are no bonuses. They hardly promote from within. They are all stick and no carrot.
