People are switching to streaming services. Dish owns satellite and streaming services. I think they should let the satellite sales team also sale streaming services since they are required to sale cell and Internet services as well.

Leadership, executive team and managers alike treat employees terribly. Majority of employees dread going into work as a result. Treat employees well and they will treat the customer well. That is how you measure success.
Leadership is awful - they cannot advocate for their employees. I think it comes from the man at the top who is out of touch with what a modern workplace looks like.

Just read any review of DISH culture. Everything starts at the top. That top is not the CEO, it is the founder and chairman.
Probably if dish care about the employees may be better for the company because we're not only employee we are also customer

More often than not there is a fear of termination due to the support and training that is provided. They can set you up to fail. When you are self sufficient and are capable it is frowned upon.
