Thinking about people and not just any goal wiithout anyreason
Treating people like humans. The whole executive leadership team treats everyone like children that need to be babysat
They do not have vision

Pay people what they’re wor
They only care about how much money you can make the company. The health insurance is crap

At DISH, feeling undervalued could stem from inadequate pay, lack of recognition, or poor communication. Better compensation could involve a competitive salary, benefits, and clear growth opportunities. Regular feedback and acknowledgment of contributions can also boost morale.
There is a huge gap between expectations and compensation. The model centers around paying people in the lower quartile or the very bottom.

Compensation is below market. They do not provide bonuses or equity to employees. Benefits are minimal.
Dish makes the environment very competitive so everyone is out for themselves.
Lots of people not doing anything at all
Agendas and business meetings should involve planning
Dish actively encourages chauvinistic, domineering personality traits.
Employees are powerless to change the culture. You either accept and adapt or find another job.
Listen to employees and get rid of ineffective managers.
Actually foster a positive culture. Executives make gut feeling decisions that make zero sense
Stop the back stabbing and lying.
They need to realize that the employees are what make there bread and butter

Dissolving employment for all current leadership, executives and managers. Starting fresh with a team that wants to improve work conditions, follow the law and treat employees well.
Stop drawing it out and needing every single VPs approval to get good candidates in. By the time we get through the process top talent has found a job elsewhere
There are pointless questionnaires that make the interview process painfully long.
DISH relies very heavily on aptitude test and candidates aren't warned about what they are about to go through.
Remove the tests and the number of interviews
Review from Operations Dept
An interview process of two months is unnecessary for the position nor the job description that comes with it
People are switching to streaming services. Dish owns satellite and streaming services. I think they should let the satellite sales team also sale streaming services since they are required to sale cell and Internet services as well.
Company is failing- look at the public financial reports
I dont know what can be improved. They started the wireless side and they bit off more than they could chew.

Leadership, executive team and managers alike treat employees terribly. Majority of employees dread going into work as a result. Treat employees well and they will treat the customer well. That is how you measure success.
Leadership is awful - they cannot advocate for their employees. I think it comes from the man at the top who is out of touch with what a modern workplace looks like.
