Better at making decisions that actually benefit the company
Using people's strenghts, not hammer down on their weaknesses and force them to do everything like everybody else, while you aren't like that.
Remove the toxic middle micro-managers; please read the surveys and respond to it, before it's too late
Treating employees like human beings instead of objects that they wield to achieve their political agendas.
How do you convince executives to care about human beings? They only care about the bottom line and will run over anyone who gets in the way of that.
It's not my job to spend majority of my time training or providing collateral for external reps and external leaders when I've been at the company for years and make significantly less than external hires, especially when im a top performer. Increase SMB AE pay, not MDRs have it easy.
More than 2% raise, especially with inflation being at 7%
Low pay compared to market. Quotas are unattainable for 95% of reps. Stock incentives are manipulative and usually worthless. And it’s really tiring to continuously be pissed on and told it’s rain
I feel VERY undervalued with my new management.

I feel like I close lots of deals
Instead of being hyperfocused on hitting quota and accelerators as quickly as possible by selling BAD deals, take a step back and run a thorough discovery call. Way too many bad deals being sold which creates a bad customer experience and directly impacts the install org.
Stop recruiting from frats, maybe have some emotional intelligence hoop for candidates to jump through, at least try to weed out the sociopaths?
need to be vocal and question the statu quo
Stop infighting, and letting egos and politics dictate the direction of the teams.
If people can't provide the data to support their ask, don't complain to your manager that Person A is hard to work with. The reality is that people can't storytell with data.

Get the PE sale over with already
Trust, Empowerment and Respect for People
New CEO and COO are the only way to fix things.
focus on your hiring process, especially those on director & above; their influence (good/bad) will affect 100s of employees. right now, unfortunately its on negative side
Promote and compensate your employees who have been with the company through highs and lows.
They should focus more on what one can bring in terms of diversity and experience rather than just focusing about numbers
there are 4 people doing technical interviews and 1 product managers, This is pretty standard these days.
Communication needs to be key for the company along with putting proper systems and processes in place to help employees.
Accountability and clean-out at the top. Clear communication both to employees and customers on what priorities are. And then actually follow through.
Leadership does seem to follow-up on how their decisions up top, trickle down to the BUs afterwards. Pennywise, Pound foolish comes to mind.

Oppressive toxic positivity - forced "cheerfulness" - bullying. No way to improve of it. They LIKE it this way.
Productivity rates can be skewed to runn you out of the company.

the interview process needs to improve.

We need More direction and support from senior sales leadership.

Well, a demon would improve itself by being even more evil so there you go.
Literally and entire reorg of leadership. More POC representation, queer and trans leaders, and folks with the skills to do their jobs
Fire managers. Reorg and train better mid managers and vp levels
