My team is amazing. We are in this storm that exec leadership has created, together. We are strong, thoughful and actually have out customers best intentions. We actually mean the word we say, we have empathy and respect for one another and we are there for each other -unlike our exec team

Recruiting scheduled several interviews w/ different teams to help determine where to place me based on skillsets. Leaders on other teams also offered to help me prep for promo interviews and advocated for my promo. Felt very supported but this was also pre-pandemic, so things could have changed.
