  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Dolby Laboratories?
    People who are obviously under performers, who time and time again almost refuse to do their job should just be let go. Other than that, stop with the layoffs based on headcount. Emphasis on improving management (consultants to teach the managers wouldn't hurt here). More leadership to help get rid of the political culture. More emphasis on results.
