My Senior Leadership failed to provide clear expectations of role and responsibilities.
Someone will explain what we get because right now being part-time you don't get nothing and even less part-time or take a lot of group from our customers that no one else has to.
I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. I am writing to express my concern about compensation as a key holder. My research indicates that my pay is significantly below average and I do as much work as a manager at my current store. It could have been a more positive environment as well.
I been at the dg company the store i am at now i have been at for over 2 years and make less than the same people in my position at different stores
DG you work way harder then is reflected by the low pay they offer
That part time should get Heath insurance
I would need more hours and more help in the store and better pay .
In short we need higher wages as in everything goes up but wages. We work very hard always on a fast pace because always short on man power to get things properly done.

been with the company and it seems like they forget to actually give their own employees the raises that are expected at a given time or when you do 500 consecutive hours which ever is first, this has got to change because i need to move out
The lack of pay compared to competitors as and an ASM of a store, I make as much as a starting cashier at Walmart, Target, Dunkin, BK, McDonalds, and no where near what an ASM or dept. Lead at any of those places. They expect you to have no life outside of the company and also be on call 24/7.
My pay was cut without notification and was not explained why.
It's the manager Veronica she just makes the place unfriendly she leaves comes back completely different an then will just hide or stay in the bathroom for an hour

There was a position that came up (ASM) and I wasn't even asked to move up.. And I've not had a raise in 3 years.. I been with the Company going on 7yrs this March...
I have always given all I had to my store and my customers but corporate could care less. They tell you that you are basically a number and will work you till you are mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted and still expect you to work. Pay never went up with cost of living.

Need a leave of absence to protect my self and clean record and avoid the company or corp. To have any un nessesary legal liabilitylies due to poor management decissions
