Stop the top from being greedy and pass a little more to those making their dollars

Everything performance wise is going excellent, its just certain things that need to be addressed because it seems like everyone is getting forgotten about with pay raises because of the economy or just too busy to actually pay attention to there own employees

Better pay, more hours , better organization, better communication, actually listening to the employees and the customers

Reach out to customers! For almost 10 years my customers knew I cared and gave everything I had to them and my store. On several occasions customers witnessed upper mgmt treating me bad.

Better hours, better pay, being appreciated for the work in extreme circumstances, and better leadership.

Make sure stores are clean, more active cameras in each isle, keeping items stocked reducing theft, staying friendly at register, more registers, better computer service

There's a lot that could be improved in a large scale of things

During the summer there was no air-conditioning. There was only one fan at the front of the store and whoever was working the back of the store sweated like crazy. I don't believe that corporate cared or they would've had it fixed the first week. HEALTH ISSUES - heati exhaustion is real and a liabil

Our pay, more store hours, some acknowledgment for doing good things, bonuses for managers, better acknowledgment of managers, some cameras that actually work, less truck loads, more opportunities for help to come do stocking events at stores to help push stock out, and much.. MUCH more

The store manager Ej is killing the business by turning off customers in droves and making all the good employees quit by being so rude and disrespectful

Pay more hourly as well as giving each store more hours

More hours to keep company's expectation at level wanted

Holding employees accountable for money mistakes.

Staffing the stores with enough help to meet customer needs and provide a safe place to shop....

Weekly pay and able to advance, but there's a glass ceiling.

Absolutely nothing! All these statistics and graphs it’s amazing to see how HR or office positions rate so high about salary and benefits. Bonuses. And how low from store manager to cashiers rate it! That’s our world we live in.

Higher pay. They are the way Walmart use to be, cheap.

Making sure the managers are able to have a work/life balance. Forcing managers to work 6 days a week is absurd.

Managers and co workers to improve work skills to show that they are not better because they have keys. Also team work instead of it being hostile in the store sometimes.
