Stop giving management to people who don't work more than 3 hrs for a 6 hr shift

How about some follow-up and follow through with the results of an interview process in order to make their store a better store and a great place to work
They need to step out of the office and work 24 hours starting on our T1 and ending on T2 with the aame amount of hours and ppl they exspect us to work with
The safety and cleanliness of some stores are not adequate. Policies and procedures need to be reevaluated. Pay raises need to happen across the board or there will be no one coming to work I fear.
Honestly getting better upper management with a heart would help tremendously
