I work with people who have become close friends, but always left in the dark when it comes to operations.
I believe it is fair for the job that I am required to do.
401k is good with the match

What are some of the best things about your team?
I have some people who give me their all. I have others that were hired and who are only there for a pay check, DG is my baby and I've been putting my 110% in. It seems like I'm the only one who cares
We are on process with truck we dont have an empacted stock room
we get the job done and keep everything nice and tidy
Everyone is like family and we get the job done together
The afternoon people get thing done but the morning people need to work get there team moving
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its very positive i have great customers that see my motive and they give me thank you cards all the time.
