What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very motivating and driven and that drives me as well.
The leadership team needs to get better in the compensation that they pay there employees to work

Finding more qualified employees and training better
Taking responsibility and stop blaming staff for all the problems. Go see what other offices do
Don't have a leadership team
Work with the employees with respect
Stop wasting budget on incompetent offshore vendors. Listen to team when they tried to avoid spending on expensive “enterprise” tools.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It’s awesome beneficial and comforting.
Being paid well and overtime pay is available
Nothing at all...we don't have one
It is easy work for a large amount of money
I get paid commissions Plus I get paid for how I treat my customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not like being forced to stay home because my coworkers will not be there
Takes vacation hours and schedule for you also pay you your personal pay days without asking me!!!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working together sharing ideas and being able to express myself or yourself
We are focused day in and day out. We get the job done on time and well done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is fed up so the work ethic is poor
My coworkers are nice but sometimes can be lazy

There is a variety of cultures and it can be positive at times

The patients....helping and interacting with them

I'm being treated like a W2 but I'm on a 1099 tax program

It is a good place to work
The owner and other office personnel are great. I have a great boss.
My manager and my Co workers. Quality first, but still make it fun.

The hr needs to be improved
PCA's are not paid enough for the work that we do
Pay raises and options to upgrade to full time hours with benefits.
