The leadership team needs to get better in the compensation that they pay there employees to work

They are very motivating and driven and that drives me as well.
Finding more qualified employees and training better
Taking responsibility and stop blaming staff for all the problems. Go see what other offices do
Don't have a leadership team
Work with the employees with respect
Stop wasting budget on incompetent offshore vendors. Listen to team when they tried to avoid spending on expensive “enterprise” tools.
