Taking responsibility and stop blaming staff for all the problems. Go see what other offices do

Stop wasting budget on incompetent offshore vendors. Listen to team when they tried to avoid spending on expensive “enterprise” tools.
I do not like being forced to stay home because my coworkers will not be there
