What do you like best about your company?People i work with
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Getting the real estate agents to respect the admin and receptionist. There is a lot of abuse and hostile work environments throughout multiple locations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Admin and receptionist are aggressively instructed to get certain documents done with no consideration that hands may be tied on another project. The managers always side with the agents because the are the "money makers". This is repeatedly told to admin and receptionist.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Better professionalism in office, respect for all people from all walks of life. We are human not robots.
