Medical benefits and 401k are great

Benefits worst in the area.
The compensation is very poor
Pay needs to keep up with inflation and bay area salaries.

have personality and are collaborative
Hard working individuals who are focused on safety
The people are great and deserve to be treated better. Hard workers, intelligent, and kind.

Stop being disrespectful and toxic to the people around you
