Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

HQ employees are underpaid, overworked, undervalued. Little to no focus on company culture and employee experience. Office is outdated and depressing atmosphere. Dreyer's is having a difficult time keeping up with the competitive atmosphere of bay area work culture. No training. Sink or swim.
