The benefits package is unlike any I've experience for a small tech company that is growing it's competitive enough to match Google's benefits and you don't have to be there for an 'x' amount of years to get those benefits.

CEO has lofty goals and ideas. However, he thinks too highly of himself and won't give up any decision making, so he is a bottleneck. He doesn't trust his employees and won't empower them to make decisions. Won't hire a project manager or scrum master. Has anger and trust issues.
