What did you like most about the interview process?
More than one manager interview

Met leadership team and understood their values
It was with my ASM back in 2021 and it was very professional, nothing I hear now from our new employees that are hired about the hiring process
My manager and ASM bith were present and transparent on job duties, expectations and really gave me a welcoming feeling that continued through my time with them.
The interviewer was kind and seemed very interested in what I had to say, everything was seemingly welcoming.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Ask for availability of employees
Hire managers that are realistic and qualified
I would ask about experience with retail, customer service, and get an understanding on what brings them in to want to work at DSW
Straight forward interview process. Please be more transparent about how the company operates and especially how dysfunctional senior leadership is. I pity any new team members walking into this company.
It should go into more detail about whats expected of you.
Get to know them instead of what they've done ask what they CAN do
