Very collaboritive group they work well together
The team I have built in my store is based off of the company's past culture. The culture the company wishes to portray is great- but contradicts the company's actions. They want people to feel valued- but then cut bonuses in half due to technical online ordering system errors not of our fault.
They're always ready to work
We all get along and make fun of all the things wrong here.
Regarding my co-workers, they are an exceptional group of people who work hard and make the job as a sales associate tolerable.

I realize that no costumer is attended to. No one interacts with them. They need help and the most fulfilling process interpersonal skills. You when as you loose but don’t take it to heart, it is no reflection of them. Teamwork is essential not just with your favorite ether. So much mo

The managers need to actually be there and better train them and not just tell them what to do
My coworkers need to improve on delegating our associate tasks to the associates and not doing it ourselves as management. As of right now, 75% percent of the associates I work with don't know or have never done a truck based shift. Training and learning is not consistent.
