What do you like best about the leadership team?

The management works with the strong core values of the company's PAST. Since the pandemic, the company has not cared about the people- who are the building blocks to the success of the company! They seem to only care about monetary value and not experiences anymore.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Just better training. They dont really train you ans then are shocked when you cant do somethiing

Communication, active listening, customer servicing

Maturity and accountability. They need to have patience

Treating their employees with respect. New employees are not recognized, treated much more harshly, seen in a negative way simply because they don't get the hang of things immediately. They pride themselves on being a positive work place but it is so toxic its disgusting.

Understanding that not everyone can get the hang of things immediately and that this job is actually pretty stressful.

Training and customer service toward customers and staff; as well as room for growth

communication is a big thing the management team needs to work on as they let anybody do whatever they want when it comes to scheduling or what they are going to do with an associate throughout the day

Structure, you can not give one instruction and leave everyone to do whatever, lack of consideration and no teamwork needs to addressed everyone is respected equally, hostile passive aggression and being being misinformed. I was not trained by management so much more

The manager needs to make the schedule fairly so that I'm not constantly closing or constantly acting in a managerial capacity. As a sales supervisor I can perform manager tasks but only when needed. There needs to be a manager in the store at all times and not just the first part of the day

Not being an absolute nightmare to the the people below their position.

Communicating and leading the team well. Also respcring their associates.

BEING RESPECTFUL, treating associates like actual human beings,

They need to work together to make sure the job gets done to be a better team.

At working with the employees and not taking their anger out on their associates

People skills and learning that not everyone feels or understands thibgs the same

Equal (but diffrent) work , (authentic) understanding, kind, patient, realistic, one who dosent take advantage and dump work on worker and more so the closing shift
