
The management works with the strong core values of the company's PAST. Since the pandemic, the company has not cared about the people- who are the building blocks to the success of the company! They seem to only care about monetary value and not experiences anymore.

Structure, you can not give one instruction and leave everyone to do whatever, lack of consideration and no teamwork needs to addressed everyone is respected equally, hostile passive aggression and being being misinformed. I was not trained by management so much more

The manager needs to make the schedule fairly so that I'm not constantly closing or constantly acting in a managerial capacity. As a sales supervisor I can perform manager tasks but only when needed. There needs to be a manager in the store at all times and not just the first part of the day
