I like some employees but i feel like a place holder and third in line. Im never in the loop, and i am just here for when they go on vacations
I love the culture and environment I have been able to build and maintain- it feels as f the company works against this with their actions. One being the cuts on payroll- Corporate have expressed the hope people just quit after not scheduling them for a month- to avoid layoffs & legal responsibility

The buildingvis heated and has air conditioning.
One manager is very kind and some coworkers actually try to be friendly and kind. Others on the other hand just throw glances and seem very close minded.

Non-existent culture, no positives or accountability. Try putting your company values into practice with accountability from leadership by not fostering an environment of bullying and berating members of your team in front of coworkers in marketing
My managers always ask specific questions about how im doing or how my week has been so I know they are listening to me and care
The most positive culture of the company would be the "light hearted" air.
You can discuss issues with the team and can get solutions or timeline extension
You the training it sounds positive but hold to example if not held and influence through management therefore this company hold to merit it’s promis

Checking in on managers. The store manager at my store became a real issue the last few months I worked there. She was rude to me and got upset with us a lot. She would try and put all of her job duties onto us and then get mad when we didnt finish our own tasks
My store manager focuses on checking off diversity marks but has underlying focuses of making herself look good to corporate and not necessarily caring about associates cultures.

THere needs to be a new manager and district manager
Change the assistant manager for sure. Her attitude doesn't bring me joy to come to work. I feel like my work there is useless and unappreciated. Yet i have to deal with all the comments that she makes.

Above the store level they do not follow the company values. RDs and DMs work you till you drop and then still say you have not done enough even if you are beating all your KPIs. Someone is always doing better than you and if your not the top your nothing.
