The support leadership gives to all employees including encouraging us to take PTO, look for internal opportunities and just willingness to have conversations

The upbeat attitude even in times of stress and conflict

Meeting new people at DTCC
Casual for a technical interview, and sold the company as a place I enthusiastically wanted to join.
Multiple people per interview, not 1-on-1 which can be uncomfortable.
Meeting people in different roles at DTCC
2 interviews. 1 on the phone and 1 in person. Got offer immediately after.
What makes you most happy at work?
Smart, intelligent work with a true national duty to keep things running. That died for DEI and personal ambitions.
Seeing friendly faces and having water cooler conversations make me most happy.
