Have been with Dupont for 40 years. Generally very good experience until the Dow/Dupont merger and split. Not as focused as before, but still a good place to work.

Small team. Work together well.

The local leadership team is pretty good considering the amount of support they get from above.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people doing the interviews were very experienced and knew what they were talking about (40 years ago).
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to help a good company get better, do work that matters and make a good living in the process.
