This year they decided to make everyone equal pay, while I have been doing extra work (level pay) for years to earn extra.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. Common everyday issues are not communicated to the floor. There is no understanding of the process because they got rid of anyone who has been here in a management position that had any knowledge or our process.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They removed a large number of jobs last year, then brought in contractors to do it at half the price. They asked us how we could make things work, and when we gave examples (additional equipment, monitors in better places), all of that had been brushed aside and we were told they don't have time.
