My area manager is totally unqualified and vindictive. She has violated policies and has been reported to the emploee hotline but nothing has been done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management keeps telling us we are overpaid and entitled. When we object we are told we font have to work at Dupont. We aren't getting raises or bonuses. The safety culture is "Don't ask, dont tell and don't get hurt." New and qualified mgmt who doesn't micromanage.
