What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We all work hard, I do feel at times some are a little to comfortable and let lose with the off colored jokes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership at the Nevada site was not there. My manager had his favorites, the ones that would bend or break the rules he looked the other way.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No sense of urgency. And the quality of the contract team working there is terrible. Brown and root our main contractors their attuide and mind set is poor. And management has them working on 85% of the equipment.
