It is ~fair compaired to other companies, but the last 3 years have been about reducing benefits and that is scary. I hope the trend does not continue for us or other companies.
Our vision and mission. It is not direct. Are we supposed to be reducing cost? Innovating? Costumer service? I know it's all of those but what to we put the most wait on?
Better HR systems and return to the limited service employees program. Using Agile one is not working for the company or the contractors. It hurts the team. For HR, ADP and Sedgwick are not working. If a paycheck is incorrect it needs fixed THAT DAY! (love my job but u asked)
