What are some of the best things about your team?
My site, my work place is not the problem. It’s the main bosses who “think” they now how the floor of the company it’s run and base their decision on NO experience . they don’t know!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Not sure anymore. Money? I’ve never been motivated by money. As long as I have food, clothing for me and my family I’m good. But as an right now dupont doesn’t offer a lot to look foward to
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been working with the same people for 10 yrs now. They are only getting stressed out and put in a bad place because of what they are asked to do, and the company not giving anything better for the employees. Dupont asks for a lot, and not compensate accordingly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing my job to other companies with my job description we are paid at least $5 less pe/hour. I don’t think we have a compensation unless we are danisco legacy. Dupont took it away!! As far as “benefits” go, we have to meet $5000 before anything applies. I make about $35,000 p/year. Do the math!
