Fixing equipment that is broke instead of making the production employees work with unsafe equipment

Everybody needs to be held accountable on their on job instead of certain employees having to pick up the slack
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
fix the equipment so it operates properly, hold all employees to the same standard, make the bonus metrics achievable, increase pay for ccr board operators, and bring back the pension
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CCR operator has much more responsibility than outside operators with the same pay and they removed the pension which is causing a lot of experienced employees to leave and go to jobs with pension
