They claim to be a big family that cares about their employees, they don't. You are just a number. They also don't truly believe in safety. We are constantly getting hurt and then blame it on us but yet we can't prevent it. It's a jail, we are prisoners.

The benefits are great. The company picnic is awesome. I truely believe they valve the employees, but don't take the time to value the employees with experience. They are holding the company together & teaching the new employees & getting the same pay.
