I am a Senior Field Engineer and I earn $98,700 which is considerably less than my colleagues.

Bring back pension plans, better healthcare, better stock options, better all-around company appreciation for employees.

Its always about them looking good, not how effective or helpful you are at your job. You can literally smell the greed everytime someone from the leading class talks. Time and time again theyve shown employees they do not care about us. We dont care about the money we want time off.

Leadership formulate personal feelings about the employee and retaliate against them when it's time to review their performance.
