Forward looking, transparent, good leadership
Strong ethics and dedication to success.
Strategic and very empathetic leadership
innovative generally reasonable right direction
improve leadership and technical skills
Accountability towards goals that effect VPP
Respecting its employees and customers
Valuing its employees for one. And not sending cheap gifts to make up for there lack of appreciation.
Better at understnding personal life issues that may occur and better approaching problematic issues
Fair salary and proper bonus scheme
Review from Sales Dept
Total benefit package is outstanding.
Higher base salary is the best part
bonus pay has been good
Great stock market company shares value for 401k match & , and studies reimbursement program, great healthcare program and coverage
the compensation itself and no growth
Everything very confusing and have to learn all by myself
The salary could be higher
An increase in pay that matches inflation at the least.
Base pay scale needs to be re evaluated and more transparent. What does Eaton have to hide?
Sharing of ideas and willingness to coordinate
Fun to work with and accommodating.
They continue to care about the product and customer knowing that they will soon be loosing their jobs. No complaining. Just an outstanding work ethic.
Diverse, inclusive, learner, transparent and ethical
Review from Sales Dept
Experienced leaders, focused on being the best.
Allowed to come and go without responsibility
Basic skill sets and common sense are lacking.
Manufacturing coworkers seem great but Maintenance needs work.
Eaton is more concerned with diversity than talent/qualifications. Also, there is zero accountability for bad behavior and poor performance.
Stop with the dramatic bs. Everyday someone is stirring up things that are unnecessary, always someone complaining to get their way and Eaton delivers it to them. Instead of taking care if the issue "leadership" dances around it.
Inclusive, learner, listen to the field requirement
Review from Sales Dept
Everyone is willing to help one another or go outside of their Confort zone to learn and develop.
Very little micro managing day to day.
Whe try it to make it fun even in the hardest. Dont have to do it alone
Job Security and growing organisation
The negativity is something the manager brings on in the entire Gears Department
Accountability honesty transparency training safety
Proper training and transparency to start.
The culture of the work place
Truth and dedicated employees not to mention Ethical!
The process was very streamlined and communication about the process was effective.
That was a long time ago, but learning about the job and realizing I had an opportunity to be part in building a successful team.
Support from talent acquisition team
Review from Sales Dept
Candid transperant and inclusive process
It was laid back, more of a conversation rather than just questions and answers.
Less behavioral questions and more technical
Maybe hire people with good work ethic who've shown they want to work here. Jumping through hoops over a job I worked in Highschool was entirely unnecessary.
Good idea to interview the management you will working under
Not make the interview process so hard if your just discarding people quicker than it takes to get on.
Review from Product Dept
i understand behavioral questions but i would like to lean more on what the interviewee knows about his craft and training. i think experience should count more too.
Review from Operations Dept
Designing and Developing new products
Motivation, be part of a great team
Review from Sales Dept
End of the work day?
New challenges and opportunities every day!
No politics and employee centric policies
The management and how cheap they are!
Just the cultural of the work place
My manager will only listen to employees with years service and particularly if they are non minority and will not consider new ideas.
Fire the leadership, get rid of the worthless Union with the "No Strike Policy," PTO, actually show appreciation/value to your employees, directly address any workplace drama bs. Be hinest with the people making you money 60 hours a week while you fo home every weekend.
A stretched supply chain leads to small snags in one part of the world completely erasing weeks of overtime when it comes to productivity.
Nice environment with good work colleagues.
Good reputation overall, good leadership in the larger organization
More respect for each other's at the workplace
Review from Operations Dept
Better leadership in the division, more transparency
