My manager will only listen to employees with years service and particularly if they are non minority and will not consider new ideas.
Fire the leadership, get rid of the worthless Union with the "No Strike Policy," PTO, actually show appreciation/value to your employees, directly address any workplace drama bs. Be hinest with the people making you money 60 hours a week while you fo home every weekend.
