Very supportive and collaborative people. The leadership, for the most part, is top-notch, from the top all the way down to front-line managers. Ecolab also believes strongly in inclusion and it shows in its initiatives and employees.

My team cares deeply about their work and each other. I can count on them to put in their best effort every single day. They also step up in times of need, whether it's work-related or someone else on the team needs help.
