Horrible. They care more about sales than tbe safety of employees and cutomers. They dont enforce masking, including in areas where it is required. HR is useless and insulting. Avoid working here if possible.

Sales staff gets along well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Leaving work is quite nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting the health and safeth of employees. They also rarely give raises or evaluations even though evaluations are supposed to be done yearly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting a raise or evaluation after 3 years. Being treated like a human being instead of a sales robot. Not being belittled by HR. Interviews for management hires.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The sales staff is great. That does not make it worth working here. We can all relate to each other because we are constantly shit on by customers and management.
