The disconnect and grace of leadership is lacking on so many levels, it's offensive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If there was ANY sort of raise/bonus compensation extended to employees, there would be more incentive to expel greatness within the company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
"Live your Adventure" works well for upper management, it seems. Hard to do when there are no raises in a city that the COL goes up 9%/yr
