Constantly whittling away at hours, benefits, and no recognition of any kind after giving 20 years of my life to this company. If you want fairness choose another company. I should have.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some regularity to hours and a bit more pay. Hours are cut regularly according to how the store is doing. How would society function if all employers were like this? You rarely know if you'll get enough hours to make ends meet. People come and go so it is difficult to get cohesion and team effort.
