I joined the team at store 0892 in October of 2020 and left June 2021. The manager of that store fails to properly do her job and puts a tremendous amount of stress on all of the employees there. Something needs to be done to help her or that store will continue to lose good employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fellow associates at the store.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and friendly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are loving supportive and responsible. We worked together to drive product and give customers a great experience at the store.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager of the store does not know how to do her job and she makes working for the company a nightmare. She needs help or the store will continue to lose good employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to do their job correctly. Lack of proper communication, improper training, management neglecting their duties, negative and rude attitude from management, and not correctly paying employees costed Williamsburg Iowa's Outlet store 0892 to lose several good employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was offered a raise in May along with a promotion but I never received the pay. All I got were the extra responsibilities I was unfairly paid for over a month. I would like to be compensated for they pay I never received.
