What are some of the best things about your team?

Open minded, willing to learn, question without fear, open communication, respectful

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People are friendly and willing to help when asked. They really care about hiring the right people for the right role. Everyone is engaged and actively speaks up if they have concerns. They work at a flexible, sustainable pace while trying to meet companies objectives.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

UX process needs to be improved. Don't implement a feature because Product is asking you to. Research and modify it so it still meets business needs as well as users needs. UX is not about pretty wireframes, they are the pulse of the users and understand and put users needs before everythign else.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The team is trying to redefine eharmony's offering while sticking to its core value. I think UX is not a well thought out team right now. UX comes before the product is defined and involves heavy research and testing to determine if a feature is going to satisfy business and user needs.
