Health insurance choices and covered by company

eharmony recognizes your talent, hardwork & contribution. You are compensated fairly as per industry standard. The compensation package also includes good health care benefits, a lot of small perks such as discounted gym membership, discounted tickets for concerts, movies, etc.

Getting paid fairly competitively compared to the market and internal equity.

Unlimited vacation and free food

Benefits package provided by the company is extremely generous. Beautiful facility. Office amenities and perks such as food and snacks are high quality and make us feel special.

eHarmony pays well, offers long-term incentives via stock options, and the bonus program is fair and equitable and very comparable to the market!

Not being paid at industry standards

if you're "friendly" with certain leaders, you can just get whatever title you want. otherwise, it'll be awhile to get promoted

Doing work way beyond my scope and never being recognized for it
