Honesty, support, and caring attitude.
All teams at eharmony are incredibly passionate about both the work they do and putting the customer first. Despite outside perception there is a noticeable emphasis placed on making the company customer-centric.
Smart, respectful & passionate individuals working together towards one end goal - To improve the core product & help the users find true love.

My team is highly motivated, smart, and focused. Another plus is that we have fun team outings, and like to have fun at work!
Many of my coworkers have worked for this company for many years (8+), and are extremely expert in their roles. My teammates are kind and helpful. About once a year we have a fun team "offsite" event which helps to form a bond of teamwork.
We take care in hiring talent with top skills, but are also genuinely good people and great team-players. We are able to accomplish more with less, because our ability to collaborate and overcome challenges as a team is unparalleled.
