What did you like most about the interview process?

HR behaves oddly. Some people continuously apply for 5-6 years to get selected. Is this done on purpose to maintain the premiumness - not sure. Rejection reasons are not communicated. All HR work is outsourced, the third party needs more training and fixing

Working 9 hours with only 1 hour break, no breaks in between. Availability of agents during chat is not consistent specially on other sites that babysits their agents. Lack of manpower. Low salary for a job that is exhausting physically and mentally. Also, WF schedule management is horrible as well.
