Wrong: constant curveballs being thrown at the team with little to no warning. Improvement: transparency on mid to longterm plans . Less redundancies and reshuffeling of key team members. More thought-through and less hectic approach on AI adoption.

Things are always great and perfect on leadership level. But further down below things go wrong which is naturally. The leadership level feels detached from the rest. They appear to me as gods who never fail which is inhuman.
