You're allowed to make mistakes. When you review your shortcomings with your leaders and teammates, the agenda is always focused on how you can improve instead of belittling your value. It's really a welcoming and forgiving environment.
What makes me happy at work is I never have to force myself in helping my teammates. It always comes naturally just because they're really very nice to collaborate with and we have a culture that enforces this way of working.
