Emapta provides comprehensive support in administrative, legal, HR, and IT, while the customer retains day-to-day management of their remote teams as if they were part of their organization.

How well everyone is accepted in the team
You're allowed to make mistakes. When you review your shortcomings with your leaders and teammates, the agenda is always focused on how you can improve instead of belittling your value. It's really a welcoming and forgiving environment.

Everyone's easy to get along with! And because everybody's so young, there's this go-go-go attitude. Leaders are very understanding - they will sit down with a team member to help with work problems. And yes, everybody has a pretty good sense of humor!
