Leadership team is very hands-on and transparent. They have great plans for the company and they make sure that everything cascades down to employees so we know the forward-moving plans and how we can contribute to this objective in ways that are specific to our roles.
It is a flat structure, my ideas are heard, I am able to collaboratively work with our CEO and other directors.
