What did you like most about the interview process?Mine was face to face interview. I loved the personal touch and interaction. Niw its done mostly online and over the phone. Its lost the personal touch and honestly, you cant read a persons body language over thr phone.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?Speed it up! The interview process is tedious.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like my time and energy spent at this company is not valued as highly as other positions. I understand certain positions make more than others, but to feel undervalued, to feel like my time isn't worth much...It's frustrating.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Giving an opportunity for new innovations and processes. Treating employees fairly. Improve how they speak to and about employees in the workplace. I have heard some very inappropriate comments in the halls coming from CEO's and Managers.
