Umm, Lead! They sit around and collect a pay check doing one meeting after another.

I have no complaints about salary and benefits best part of the job lately

I feel emotionally undervalued. They don’t even wish your a happy birthday. Don’t care about life events. HR IS A J

Have good leadership and better software to be profitable
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager at the time was great. Felt like he cared about the team.
